    7月30日，義烏市郵政管理局組織市快遞協(xié)會、市郵政公司、各品牌快遞負(fù)責(zé)人等進(jìn)行了應(yīng)急處理桌面演練。義烏市公安局治安大隊(duì)、市安監(jiān)局相關(guān)科室負(fù)責(zé)人觀摩演練并進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場指導(dǎo)。
    

    
此次推演預(yù)設(shè)三段連續(xù)情景，以收寄�；房旒䴙楸尘埃瑑�(nèi)容包括人員受傷、阻礙管局執(zhí)法和快件積壓受損等。各企業(yè)參照《義烏市郵政業(yè)突發(fā)事件應(yīng)急預(yù)案》結(jié)合企業(yè)自身制定的預(yù)案，針對預(yù)設(shè)情境以桌面推演方式進(jìn)行解說，之后由安監(jiān)局及公安局專業(yè)人員進(jìn)行點(diǎn)評。
    

    
會上，義烏郵管局要求加強(qiáng)對散件、協(xié)議、網(wǎng)點(diǎn)和人員的管控，敏感地區(qū)實(shí)行實(shí)名制管理，做到“件件查”，碰到突發(fā)事件時(shí)學(xué)會“避險(xiǎn)自救”。
