　在“五水共治”行動中，大陳鎮(zhèn)制定切合當(dāng)?shù)貙?shí)際的“五水共治”實(shí)施方案，通過開展“清三河·美商城”專項(xiàng)行動，大力實(shí)施河溪塘整治、城鎮(zhèn)區(qū)整治和村莊道路整治，該鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)村的環(huán)境面貌發(fā)生了很大的改變。昔日垃圾遍布、水質(zhì)較差的大陳鎮(zhèn)北金山村里樓自然村，如今已是煥然一新，呈現(xiàn)出水清岸綠、整治有序的新農(nóng)村景象。
